RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
1. Returning a purchase
Items can be returned within 30 days from the delivery of your order. Please note clothes must be clean, unworn and unwashed for a full refund. For items purchased on special promotion with a discount of 40% or more from original retail price, we only accept exchanges and cannot provide a refund.
In order to return a purchase, you can follow the following steps:
- Prepare the items you wish to return in the original package and ensure the products have all their accessories.
- Then call us at 305-420-6630 or send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you process a return authorization.
- Keep the slip that came with your order or the return authorization together with the package you want to return. Please don’t return the product without a packing slip or return authorization.
- Return the product to the following address:

- Allow at least three weeks to process your return.
Make sure you use a carrier who can track and ensure your package. Unfortunately, Bonalla.com can’t be responsible for goods that somehow get lost on their way back to us. If you return products to an address other than the one listed above or without contacting us first, we have to charge a $10.00 restocking fee.
If you have doubts, please call us before returning the product. Ultimately, we make our final decision on any product return once the product is in our hands.
2. Return conditions
Before asking for a refund please make sure that the products comply with the following conditions:
- The products must be in their unused original condition, with the slip and all the original packaging materials that came with your order – incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted.
- The return must be requested within 30 days from delivery of the order.
- The product needs to be returned and received by our warehouse within 30 days of your order date.
4. International orders
Please note that we do not cover any import taxes, duties, and fees for orders outside the United States. If you are unsure, please inquire about shipping to your specific country, or check with your local authorities.
For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs fees, taxes or other costs that arise from returning the product to us. Please contact us for more details at 305-420-6630.
5. Gift return
For gift return please contact us directly for information about how to proceed. You can call us at 305-420-6630 or email us at email@example.com.
If you’d like to exchange something for a different size or color, or just want to get something else all-together, we’ll pay for the shipping on the new order. Please send the original item back and we’ll issue a credit back to the card used to place the original order.
